This Sensory Calibration Kit is built for baristas, roasters, coffee tasters, and Q-graders who need real, seasonal coffees—not frozen or outdated profiles.
The kit includes 10 different coffee origins or varieties, selected according to Colombia’s real harvest calendar, allowing sensory training with fresh coffees that truly represent each moment of the year.
Coffees are prepared and shipped within 2–3 months post-harvest, ensuring clean, expressive, and reliable sensory profiles for professional calibration processes.
To reinforce unbiased sensory evaluation, the kit also includes a sealed envelope listing the origins, recommended to be opened only after the cupping session, allowing participants to first calibrate their perception before aligning results with local cuppers and reference profiles.
